We would like to seek views on a proposed expansion to 800 students.
The Proposal
London Academy of Excellence Tottenham is an academically selective 16-19 free
school opened in 2017. The school has grown from 109 students in its first year to 697
in 2023-24 (against a current published admission number of 700).
LAET is one of the highest-performing schools in the country, rated outstanding in all
areas by Ofsted and prioritising disadvantaged and local students in its admissions
policy.
Two building projects have taken place since 2017, creating additional space for
our A Level curriculum and we are now proposing an increase in Published Admission Number (PAN) to 800.
