Every half term, we open our doors to those interested in careers in the classroom for an informal tour of LAET and a chance to meet with our fantastic students and staff. 

Our greatest strength is the incredible diversity of our students and the Tottenham community we serve. To provide our students with the best possible mirrors of their own potential, we are committed to building a staff team that truly reflects them and our local community. We warmly welcome and encourage visits from candidates who represent this rich heritage. Whether you are an experienced educator or an ambitious ECT, if you share the aspirations of our remarkable students, we want to hear from you.

During your visit, you will have the opportunity to:

• Tour the school, dropping into lessons across a range of subjects
• Meet with a group of our brilliant students
• Speak with senior leaders about our ethos and vision
• Understand our partnership with Highgate School and Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
