IT Manager
IT Manager - London Academy of Excellence Tottenham (LAET)
Salary: circa £49,400 (FTE, dependent on experience)

Location: Lilywhite House, adjoining Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (On-site role with some flexibility, particularly during school holiday periods)
We are looking for a talented and proactive IT professional to lead our IT service and drive continuous improvement in a high-performing sixth form school. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, overseeing our infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital systems to deliver an excellent user experience for staff and students.
You will:
- Lead day-to-day operation and strategic development of IT services
- Act as technical escalation for complex issues, maintaining high service standards
- Drive cyber resilience including disaster recovery, security compliance and system hardening
- Manage cloud and on-site infrastructure including Google Workspace, virtualised servers and Aruba networking
- Support safe and effective adoption of educational technology and AI tools across the school
- Lead supplier relationships and ensure value from products and services
We are seeking someone who combines strong technical capability with excellent communication skills and a commitment to helping young people succeed.
