Partners and other senior staff from Clifford Chance and their client Deutsche Bank, took time out from their busy schedules to speak with LAE Tottenham students in small groups. This allowed the students to discover more about each staff members profession, what their training routes and subsequent career paths had been.  

In a second session, the senior Human Resources Manager at Clifford Chance encouraged each students to think about the characteristics required of a successful lawyer. They were then showed what the key characteristics are and how they can start developing them now.

Students also had a tour of the building and saw how the firm provided first class recreational facilities for their employees. They came away knowing that the job would make heavy demands on their time but the job satisfaction experienced by all whom they met was immense. As a result, the students were left feeling encouraged knowing that they can succeed in fulfilling their career aspirations.
